Daily maintenance of electric tractor
Whether the electric tractor can be used satisfactorily depends on the maintenance. Ignoring the maintenance may endanger personal safety and damage property. Therefore, in use, regular inspection should be carried out frequently, and abnormal phenomena should be eliminated in time.
Do not use vehicles with faults, so as to ensure safety and extend the service life of the tractor.
(1) daily maintenance requirements
A. daily maintenance shall be carried out before and after start-up every day.
B. In case of any damage or failure, report to the management personnel in time. It is forbidden to use the tractor before repair.
C. the driver or full-time personnel shall be responsible for the daily maintenance.
(2) contents of daily maintenance
A. maintenance content before each start-up:
① check whether the battery wiring is loose, clean the battery surface, open the electric lock key, and check whether the battery voltage is within the allowable range.
② slowly start the tractor with no load to check whether the steering is normal, drive in a straight line, and step on the brake to check whether the brake is reliable. Carefully observe whether the driving, steering and braking of the tractor are normal.
③ check the lighting facilities of the tractor. If there is any damage, repair it in time to ensure driving at night or in the dark room.
B. maintenance content after each work:
① clean the vehicle surface and clean the upper surface of the battery. Check whether the battery wiring is loose.
② check whether the wheel bolts are tight.
③ check whether the brake and steering are normal.
(3) charging of tractor
A. the first and supplementary charging of traction vehicle battery shall be carried out in strict accordance with the battery instructions,
B. when the working voltage of the traction vehicle with the voltage of 24 V is reduced to 21 V or the capacity is reduced to less than 30%, the battery pack must be charged.
